After completion of internship she joined as lecturer in Shahid Mansoor Ali Medical College Uttara in 2006. Later she worked as lecturer from medical officer in medical college for women and Hospital Uttara.
In 2009 she passed FCPC parts in Dermatology and venereology and from 2010 to 2013 she worked as medical officer (Hon) in BSMMU and Shaheed soharwardi Medical College Dhaka.
She obtained her MCPS degree in 2013 and FCPS in 2015 from Bangladesh college of physician and surgeons Dhaka.
Dr Farzana then joined as assistant professor in Nightingale Medical College Dhaka and served there as Head of department. Later she served in international Medical College as an associate. At present she is working as consultant head of Dermatology in Ahsania mission cancer General Hospital Uttara.
She was trained in laser, Chemical peeling and Cosmetic Dermatology from India.She is also trained in Botox filter and Thread lift.
During this profession life she was involved in teaching of medical students and has Publication in recognised medical journals.
She is an expert of clinical Dermatology including cutaneous malignancy and radiation dermatitis as well as experienced interventional dermatologist.
