Education & Experience:

• Obtained MBBS from Dhaka Medical College, Dhaka under University of Dhaka in 1994.
• Joined BCS (Health) cadre under The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Bangladesh in 1997.
• Obtained M.D. (Neonatology) from Bangladesh Institute of Child Health under BSMMU in January 2006.
• Received extensive professional training in General Pediatrics, Neonatology, Pediatric Nephrology, Pediatric Hematology and Pediatric Oncology from Dhaka Shishu (Children) Hospital, Dhaka and Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital, Dhaka.
• Has numerous Research Articles in reputed Medical Journals in Bangladesh.
• Completed Post-Graduate Program in Pediatric Nutrition from Boston University, USA in 2020.

•        Job Experience:

  1. Worked as R.P. (Resident Physician) in Pediatrics at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical Hospital, Bogura in 2007-2008.    

  2.     Became Consultant (Pediatrics) in Bogura in 2009.

  3.  Joined Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, Barishal as Assistant Professor in December, 2009.

  4.  Joined Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, Barishal as Associate Professor in 2015 and became Head of the Department of Neonatology. 

  5.    Joined Dhaka Medical College, Dhaka as Associate Professor in 2019 and since then involved in teaching, training, research at Dhaka Medical College, Dhaka.
